Refusal of Carriage,
The ground service authority has the right to refuse carriage of any passenger's baggage if;
- It may be dangerous for people and the property,
- If it may be damaged during transportation
- If it is packed unsuitably,
- If it is not suitable for road transportation due to its weight, size and structure,
- If it cannot be placed under the seat or inside the cabins and/or if it cannot be attached to the seat in a secure way.
Baggage Problem,
If the damage of the baggage is instantly recognizable (wheel or lug break, rupture or lost item), the passenger is to apply to the Lost Property Office in the destination station within the same day, and fill out a form for the baggage and/or lost property report. For application, the following documents are required:
- The bus ticket
- Baggage claim tag,
- ID card,
- Repair Invoice (in case of damage)
- Photo (in case of damage)
- Purchase Invoice (if there is)
For damages or lost properties not instantly recognizable, the passenger is to apply in person or to write a petition in seven days after the travel date.
